Welcome to the Windsor Housing Authority
The Windsor Housing Authority was created to provide safe, decent and affordable housing to its elderly and disabled citizens. Commissioners serve without compensation and cannot serve on any other Town governmental body, either elected or appointed Board or Commission. The Commissioners, with the assistance of an executive director/Management Company and staff, operate two distinct programs: the Elderly and Disabled Housing Program, located at Fitch Court, Millbrook Village, Shad Run Terrace, and the Section 8 Rental Assistance Program.
