Resident Charges
| Residents are responsible for the payment of reasonable charges, other than wear and tear, for the repair of damages to the unit. This includes: • Damages to the building • Facilities • Common areas Residents are responsible for the repair of damages within the development caused by you, a member of your household, or your guest(s). Charges consist of parts (actual cost) and labor at the present rate at the time of repair. You can request more information by calling your Property Manager. |
