PBV: Project Base Voucher
| Project-based vouchers (PBV), in contrast, are attached to a specific unit who’s state or local public housing agency to rent the unit to low-income families. Windsor Housing Authority uses its tenant-based voucher funding to allocate project-based units within our properties; with the guidance of Housing and Urban Development (HUD). |
