Board Of Commissioners
| The Board of Commissioners is the policymaking, fiduciary, and oversight body which governs the Housing Authority. It consists of five commissioners appointed by the Windsor Town Council, at least one of whom must be a tenant. The Board meets on the last Wednesday of each month to listen to tenant feedback and concerns and transact the business of the Authority. Unless indicated otherwise on the agenda, the Board of Commissioners meets in the community room of Fitch Court, 156 Bloomfield Ave, and online via Zoom.
