Applicant Responsibilities
| When a family wishes to receive assistance under our housing programs, families must submit an application on an open wait list. The Windsor Housing Authority will send written notification of the preliminary eligibility determination within 10 business days of receiving a complete application. Once the applicant submits an application, The Windsor Housing Authority then needs to determine the family’s eligibility. Once The Windsor Housing Authority determines that the family qualifies they are then placed on the appropriate wait list. A letter will be sent out to the new applicant with their status number on the waitlist. |
